Once instructed by you to let your property, Ivy House Residential will give your property the maximum exposure to potential tenants as possible. We advertise all our properties on Rightmove, Facebook Marketplace, and social media opening your property up to a wide demographic of potential new tenants.
Once we have an offer agreed between you and a new tenant, Ivy House Residential will then be busy at working making sure the property is ready for your new tenants. We will undertake tasks such as taking care of any professional cleaning, repairs and redecoration agreed, adding or removing furnishings and so on.
All our tenants deposits are protected and held by the Deposit Protection Services (“DPS”) unless formally instructed by you as the landlord that you would like to protect the deposit yourself.
